Animation

  • Which animations are particularly time-consuming?

Special challenges arise with photorealistic animation of dust clouds, smoke, fire, or water, which are often realized using complex particle animations.

These not only demand the skills of our 3D professionals but also the capacities of our internal render farm, thus requiring more time for production and subsequent calculation of the scenes.

  • How can my 3D animation be set to music?

The right musical accompaniment gives every 3D animation the final touch. For this, we typically use large music databases that offer high-quality tracks at fair prices.

Alternatively, we work with selected music artists who can create an individual music composition for your animation. The musician is involved from the start, with an initial draft of the track often serving as the basis for the animation, and it is refined throughout production.

If the 3D animation should be accompanied by spoken text, we recommend our sound studio, which has connections to professional voice actors and reliably produces high-quality audio contributions.

3D Rendering

  • How long are the lead times for 3D projects?

The lead time varies depending on the scope of the project. While a single rendering can often be created promptly, we require a lead time of two to three weeks for more extensive 3D projects.

If you are bound to specific deadlines, feel free to contact us. Together, we will surely find a satisfactory solution.

  • Can I get the graphic for my product without a background?

At tuneful, we cater to all your needs: we deliver any desired file format, such as a PNG with an alpha channel or a Photoshop file, which you can later edit yourself to add or remove backgrounds or shadows.

  • What product data do I need to provide for 3D visualization?

Ideally, you provide us with 3D data or CAD data of your product (preferably in .stp, .igs, or .dwg format). However, even if these are not available, we will certainly find a way to recreate your product in 3D in a photorealistic and detailed manner.

Configurator

Virtual Reality

  • Which VR headsets are compatible with the VR applications?

Generally, we develop our VR applications specifically for the respective VR headset on which the application will later run. Your VR application will be optimized specifically for the requirements of devices such as the Oculus Quest, Meta Quest 3, or even a Cardboard headset. However, output on other VR headsets is also possible.

Interactive

  • How do photo-based showrooms differ from 3D showrooms?

Photo-based showrooms are developed using 360-degree photography, which is generally more cost-effective than 3D modeling of the entire scene.

A 3D showroom, however, offers unlimited possibilities for creatively and interactively staging your products. Furthermore, product expansions or changes in corporate design can be easily implemented in the 3D model.
